Delayed flights make for an excellent time to catch up with my reading - currently reading the charming portrait of one of the most interesting characters in the history of American democracy ;) (at LAX Airport- Los Angeles California)
“They were careless people, Tom and Daisy—they smashed up things and creatures and then retreated back into their money or their vast carelessness…and let other people clean up the mess they had made.”
One of my favorite lines in the entire book…it’s sad that people like this exist outside of novels.
We’re proud of what the new Digg team has accomplished since we took over the site in August. We released an iPhone app, an iPad app (both featured by Apple), an email product called The Daily Digg, and a site redesign. We doubled our users, publishers are starting to notice “the Digg effect” once again, and most importantly, users think we’re on the right track. As we look forward to 2013, we wanted to take a moment and talk a little bit about our approach to monetization.

But it is that singular drive and vision that will leads to success.
